RCSA Fellows Conference

RCSA Fellows, initiative advisors, and members of RCSA’s Cottrell Scholar and Scialog communities will convene June 3-5, 2026, at Westward Look Resort in Tucson, Arizona, for the third annual RCSA Fellows Conference.

Objectives of the conference:

• Welcome members of the 2026 RCSA Fellows class and facilitate their interactions with the 2024 and 2025 classes and with other members of the community.
• Develop an inclusive, safe space where Fellows can share experiences as they build a supportive, cross-disciplinary professional network they can rely on throughout and beyond the multi-year cycle of this initiative.
• Maximize Fellows’ preparedness, competitiveness, and agency during the postdoc-to-faculty transition.
