As Office Manager, Phoebe provides support to RCSA’s dedicated staff and keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. Phoebe is (almost) a Tucson native, a former local business owner, a wife, mother, and grandmother, and a dog mom. She has more than ten years of administrative experience, and more than thirty in customer service roles. Phoebe believes strongly in helping others and volunteering in the local community, prioritizing youth programs in the Tucson area.
