Jennifer J. Brown, M.A., CPA, CIPM, CGFM, CPSP

Jennifer Brown has served as the Director of Finance & Human Resources since 2019.

Education & Credentials

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Administration degree. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, 2012), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM, 2018), Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP, 2020) and holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM, 2023).

Experience

Prior to joining RCSA, Jennifer spent several years at the University of Arizona in various finance and compliance roles. Her responsibilities spanned tax compliance, sponsored projects, and financial management within the university’s Cancer Center. This experience provided her with expertise in both award management and institutional finance.

Community Involvement

Jennifer is committed to community service. She has volunteered as a tax preparer with AARP and has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees. She currently serves on the Audit and Finance Committee of the LSST Discovery Alliance and as Treasurer for The Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures.
